I find butter to be a very convenient storable product. But with a little twist it is the most versatile product in the pantry. Give it to your guest to spread on crackers, put it on your breakfast table or just add a dollop on your mash potatoes. Its easy to make, can be conveniently stored and served without a fuss. Here are the top 3 variants I store.
| Lime + Chilli | pairing - pita chips
| Honey + Almond | pairing - bread
| Wasabi + Garlic | pairing - steak
In a bowl, cream the softened butter and mix in ingredients from any of the variants. Now put it back in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Take it out about 20 minutes before you are about to eat. Now all you need to do is to store in the refrigerator and serve when needed.
